Cancelling a subscription

Cancel in your dashboard at any time. It takes effect at the end of the paid month.

  • Cancel in your dashboard at any time.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the billing month you have already paid for. You keep access until then.
  • Cancelling one account does not cancel your other accounts.
  • If the dashboard is unavailable, email support from your registered address and name the account. A request we receive before the next charge stops that charge.
  • Cancelling does not by itself give a refund for the rest of the month.
