If a renewal payment fails

Seven days of close-only access, then the subscription ends.

  • A failed renewal starts a 7-day grace period.
  • During it the account is close-only: you can close existing positions but not open new ones, and payouts are held.
  • If the payment clears in that time, access resumes.
  • If it does not, the subscription ends and no further renewals are charged.
