- A person looks at every payout request before it is paid, within one business day.
- If a request is not approved, we email you the reason, and you can appeal it to someone who was not part of the decision.
- Payouts are sent to the PayPal account you give us once, before your first payout. It must be in your own name.
- Eligibility, processing and settlement are three different things. Being eligible the same day does not mean the money reaches your bank the same day; that depends on payment rails, verification and banking cut-off times.
If we ask you to explain your trading
We may ask for a written explanation of the trading behind any payout, on any request, without having to show that anything is wrong. It is a routine check, not an accusation. We say which trades we are asking about, a plain-language answer is enough (no source code, no proprietary system), and you have 14 days to reply while your request stays open.
If a payment is disputed
If a payment for an account is disputed or charged back in PayPal, or refunded through PayPal rather than by us, payouts on the accounts it bought are held until we review it. The accounts keep trading.
