Effective when affirmatively accepted. 1. PARTIES AND PURPOSE BULLRUSH FUTURES PROP LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, doing business as BIZI Futures Prop LLC and using the brand Bizi Futures (Bizi, we, us, or our). Website: www.bizifutures.com. Contact: ceo@bizifutures.com. This consent governs electronic delivery and signature of the program documents and transaction records. It is intended to operate consistently with the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 USC sections 7001 through 7006, and Michigan’s Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, MCL 450.831 through 450.849, subject to mandatory law applicable to Canadian users. Electronic form alone does not cure inadequate disclosures or prove agreement to terms never shown to you. 2. RECORDS COVERED If you affirmatively consent, Bizi may provide electronically the Trader Agreement; Simulation and Reward Disclosure; Purchase, Coupon and Refund Terms; Payout Policy and Program Limits; Prohibited Conduct, Breach and Appeal; Privacy and Data Processing; this consent; your Plan and Rules Snapshot; purchase and subscription confirmations; invoices and refund records; payout records and decisions; required notices and amendments; and related account communications. This consent applies to those identified categories throughout your relationship with Bizi and after closure while related obligations remain. It does not authorize marketing, waive separate privacy choices, or permit electronic delivery where law requires a different form. A purchase-specific signature accepts only the actual document version and account snapshot displayed. 3. ACCESS REQUIREMENTS AND RETAINING RECORDS You need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access; a current browser able to display the secure Bizi website and ordinary HTML text; an accessible email account for notices sent there; and the ability to save or print displayed documents. If Bizi supplies a PDF, you also need a compatible PDF viewer. A printer is needed only if you choose to print a copy yourself. The signed versions and account snapshot are available in your dashboard. Before consenting, open the documents in the electronic format used for delivery and confirm that you can read and save or print them. Bizi must provide a method that allows accurate retention; a page that can only be viewed and cannot be retained is not sufficient where law requires retainable records. A hash alone is not a readable contract copy. If a material change in hardware or software creates a material risk that you cannot access or retain later records, Bizi will describe the changed requirements and your withdrawal right, obtain renewed electronic confirmation of access where required, and will not impose an undisclosed fee or consequence for that withdrawal. 4. COPIES PAPER RECORDS AND CONTACT INFORMATION You may retrieve and retain electronic copies in the dashboard without a Bizi copying charge. If dashboard access is unavailable, request the accepted version from ceo@bizifutures.com. Do not rely on the public legal page for an older signed version. Closed-account trading history is viewable for 12 months under the program rules; Bizi must also preserve and provide legally required contract records for the applicable period. You may request a paper copy of a covered record by emailing ceo@bizifutures.com and providing a mailing address and the record requested. Paper copies are not free. Bizi tells you the fee, which covers printing and postage, before it fulfils the request, and you may withdraw the request at no charge. Bizi cannot impose an undisclosed paper-copy fee or deny a nonwaivable paper-copy right. Update your email and profile information in the dashboard or contact ceo@bizifutures.com. Keep an email address you can access. If a required notice cannot lawfully be delivered through the dashboard alone, Bizi must use another permitted delivery method. This consent does not claim that an email-delivery system is already sending confirmations. 5. WITHDRAWING CONSENT You may withdraw consent for future electronic records by emailing ceo@bizifutures.com from your registered email, subject Withdraw Electronic Consent, identifying your name and affected accounts. If you cannot access that email, Bizi may reasonably verify your identity by another secure method. There is no consent-withdrawal fee. You may also refuse electronic treatment of a new transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier electronic signatures or accepted records. Bizi may be unable to continue an online subscription without electronic delivery. If no lawful paper-based alternative is available, Bizi may stop future transactions and close the affected subscription at the end of its paid period with no further renewal charge. Earned valid rewards, refunds, existing claims, and nonwaivable rights remain enforceable. Withdrawal alone is not misconduct. Any legally required records must still be provided in an authorized form. 6. SIGNATURE AND EVIDENCE An electronic signature consists of the affirmative action you take to accept at checkout (completing the purchase after the agreement statement, or ticking the agreement boxes in the purchase dialog), together with the legal name on your account at the time, associated with the exact document versions and account snapshot. You intend those actions to authenticate and accept the displayed records. At registration, a clearly identified acceptance control may establish agreement to the Trader Agreement, including its arbitration clause, if that notice and affirmative action are actually shown and recorded. Electronic-record consent must be obtained before relying on electronic-only delivery of disclosures subject to consumer-consent requirements. Bizi preserves the actual document text and cryptographic fingerprint; actual plan, rules, and price snapshot and fingerprint; consent wording displayed; the legal name on your account; timestamp; IP address; and browser information per document and order. These records may be used as evidence, subject to challenge, applicable law, and correction of an error. A fingerprint or IP address by itself does not conclusively establish that you read or accepted terms. Bizi will not substitute newly published words for an accepted version or attach an old signature to a materially changed contract. A required new acceptance must be obtained through a new, identified version. Provider agreements, such as DXFeed’s market-data agreement, are separate and must be delivered and accepted under their own processes. 7. AFFIRMATIVE CONSENT STATEMENT The documents are linked from the checkout page, where you can open, save or print them before you accept. Accepting at checkout includes this statement: I have opened and can read the covered documents in the electronic format Bizi uses. I can save or print an accurate copy. I have read the access requirements, copy options, and withdrawal procedure above. I affirmatively consent to electronic records and signatures for the identified categories. My acceptance at checkout, recorded with the legal name on my account, is intended as my electronic signature for the displayed versions. I understand that I may request copies and withdraw consent for future records as described. Consent to recurring charges is given separately from this statement. Bizi records the actual statement accepted. If access confirmation, copies, or required withdrawal information are not available, a contract recital alone does not supply the missing implementation. Michigan law governs subject to the Federal Arbitration Act and mandatory laws that cannot lawfully be waived in your jurisdiction. Disputes are governed exclusively by Section 7 of the Trader Agreement, including its individual arbitration provision, exceptions, and opt-out. This document does not create a separate arbitration agreement. No provision limits a nonwaivable consumer, privacy, payment-dispute, or statutory cancellation right.
