Signing in and your platform password

Your platform sign-in is on your dashboard. We never email it.

  • Sign in to the site with your email and password, or with Google if you registered that way.
  • Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the sign-in page. The link works for 60 minutes.
  • Your Volumetrica sign-in is shown only to you, on your dashboard after you sign in. It is stored encrypted and is never sent by email.
  • One platform sign-in covers all your accounts.
  • Never share your sign-in. Letting someone else trade your account is prohibited.

This article is a summary. Your signed Plan and Rules Snapshot, the Trader Agreement and the Payout Policy govern where they differ.
